Laki Win Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Laki Win ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Laki Win website located at https://laki-win.app, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," accessing any game, or making a deposit, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time.

Laki Win reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with Laki Win, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Laki Win.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Laki Win reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Laki Win account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Laki Win will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You agree to notify Laki Win immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Laki Win reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of any suspected unauthorized access.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must keep your contact information, including your email address and mobile number, up to date.
• You must not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access games.
• You must not use your account for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

Laki Win reserves the right to close or suspend any account that has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Prior to closure, Laki Win will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder using the contact details on file. Any remaining balance in a dormant account will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

All financial transactions on Laki Win are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Laki Win supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at Laki Win's discretion.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Laki Win reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from an account not belonging to the registered player and to suspend the associated Laki Win account pending investigation.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to identity verification requirements.
• Withdrawal Limits: Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings at the time of the withdrawal request.
• Verification: Laki Win may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be asked to submit a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Laki Win does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Laki Win's control. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Laki Win offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Different games may contribute different percentages toward the fulfillment of wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: Laki Win reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated play.

All games available on Laki Win — including slots, fishing games, poker, virtual sports, and card games — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Game outcomes at Laki Win are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested for fairness and randomness. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the respective game page. Laki Win does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled after the game round has commenced.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any stakes returned to the player's account.
• Laki Win reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing play. Laki Win is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during a game round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Laki Win platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any Laki Win software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Laki Win staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time through account settings.

All content on the Laki Win platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Laki Win or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Laki Win platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent.
• Use any Laki Win trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Laki Win content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Laki Win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

Laki Win does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

In no event shall Laki Win's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Laki Win account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Laki Win collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Laki Win will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. All data is handled in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation.

You may close your Laki Win account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Laki Win reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, Laki Win reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, all funds in the account may be forfeited.

Laki Win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Laki Win platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
